Note: Additional payment methods such as WooPayments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay will be introduced in the near future.

2. Currency & Conversion

All transactions on our site are processed in US Dollars (USD), unless otherwise specified. If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees.

3. Secure Payment Processing

We take payment security seriously. All payments are encrypted using industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology and processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways (PayPal, Stripe). Kozmozracing does not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

5. Failed or Declined Transactions

If your payment fails or is declined by your card issuer or payment provider, we will notify you immediately. Common reasons include insufficient funds, incorrect billing address, or international restrictions. Please contact your bank or use an alternative payment method to complete your order.

6. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, all orders are subject to fraud screening and verification checks. We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order that raises suspicion, or request additional information to verify payment details.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Most concerns can be resolved quickly and fairly via our Refund Policy. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay or complicate the resolution process and could result in permanent account restrictions.
