What does 8X Gear sell?
Otaku-inspired apparel and accessories made on demand: graphic tees, heavyweight hoodies, laser-engraved stainless tumblers, wooden gift sets, and personalized pieces.
Where does 8X Gear ship?
The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, EU countries, Australia, New Zealand and selected international destinations. Standard US orders arrive in about 15–20 business days from checkout and fast service in 11–15; for Canada, the UK and Europe the same services run 15–22 and 11–15. Why does an order take a few extra days?
Every item is produced after checkout rather than pulled from stock. That adds 6–8 business days of production before the carrier ever sees the parcel, and it means we do not manufacture inventory nobody claims.
Can I personalize a product?
Yes — selected apparel and drinkware support custom text or engraving. Because everything is made to order, our return policy covers items that arrive defective, incorrect or undelivered within 30 days; it does not cover a change of mind after production or sizing chosen from measurements you supplied.
