    How long until someone replies?

    Within 24–48 hours, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Messages sent on Sunday are picked up the next working day.

    Why is my order still in production?

    Nothing is held in stock — each piece is made after checkout, which takes 6–8 business days before the carrier ever collects it. Transit is on top of that. The full table is in the shipping policy.

    How do I send artwork for a custom piece?

    Use the form above — it takes attachments up to 10 MB — and pick I have a question about a product/collection as the topic. We come back with a mockup to approve before anything goes into production.

    Something arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

    Write within 30 days of delivery and attach clear photos of the item and the shipping label. Defective, incorrect and undelivered orders are replaced or refunded; the conditions are set out in the return & refund policy.
